If it shows ¡È Out of stock¡É or ¡È Sold out¡É means over due of the week and your order is not acceptable.

The delivery day is the same as other items. Please see the delivery schedule on the top page.

Down road the order form and put your quantity, then send it by fax or e-mail.

Please note:

1. Order by the points up to 360 points on your choice of vegetables. The price is the same as HK$ 640 + HK$ 60 for Hong Kong delivery charge.

2. Please understand the delay of delivery or cancellation causing of the air, weather, harvesting.

3. Please allow us to pick up the replacement in case of the cancellation items due to the weather or planting or harvesting. There is a possibility to overlap the item depending on the circumstances.

4.The order is completed when we received. Unacceptable on any changes of items afterwards.

5. In case of your absence we ask resident manager to hold the packages or leave them in front of your door. We do not responsible for any accident in that case. Please advise us before the delivery if there is any particular place to leave the boxes while you are out.

6. Cancelation will be acceptable only if making by phone call before the deadline of the order. We do not accept in any case after the dead line.

7. No returns are acceptable because of the material of the products.

8. We carefully pack the items but still if you find the lack of the item, corruption or defect, please contact to the customer service to replace the items next time.

9. Please aware of changing price without notice due to the exchange rates.
