| From order to deliver |
The deadline of the order is a week (six days) before the date deliver. We do not accept the order after the deadline in any cases.
Due to the circumstances of transportation of Hong Kong, it is unable to accept the appointed time service. The products will be installed and delivered by a track in each area, please be aware of arriving time won't be the same all the time because of the traffic.
| Cancellatioin policy |
Cancellation is not acceptable after the order dead line. No refund.
In case of not unable to receiving the box on the delivery day, the following is the potion upon your request :
1) Can be¡¡forwarded to the other place only if avai£ìable area.
2) Can be store at office within 2 days only if you will pick it up by yourself. In case of damages of vegetables, may be disposed without notice.
3) If the above-mentioned is impossible: please leave it to our company.

| By the circumstances: |
Nature garden delivers the fresh vegetable directly to you right after harvest from the producing district not through the market. Therefore should change the items of vegetable due to the weather or planting.
Please understand the delay of delivery or cancellation causing of the air, weather, harvesting.
In case of your absence we ask resident manager to hold the packages or leave them in front of your door. We do not responsible for any accident in that case. Please advise us before the delivery if there is any particular place to leave the boxes while you are out.
Please aware of changing price without notice due to the exchange rates

| Domestic delivery charge: |
The domestic delivery charge will be added from the airport to your home. Will be charged HK$60.00 per order even if you order 2 packages at the same time.

| Change of delivery address: |
Will be acceptable one day before the delivery. Please contact to the customer service.
|
| Return policy: |
No returns are acceptable because of the material of the products.
|
| In case of damages of items you received: |
We carefully pack the items but still if you find the lack of the item, corruption or defect, please contact to the customer service to replace the items next time.
Since the deifferent items can be delivered by mistake, please check the items as soon as delivered and notify us within 3 days after delivery in case of finding anything with the items.
